Renee brings over 14 years of professional experience, having built her career in healthcare before transitioning into the finance industry. Throughout her time in nursing and community care, she managed complex cases, worked closely with multidisciplinary teams and developed a deep understanding of delivering exceptional service in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Since joining Impala Financial, Renee has developed a strong understanding of lending solutions and finance structures for professionals, business owners and families. In addition to supporting clients throughout their lending journey, Renee plays a key role in the day-to-day management of the business, overseeing operations, business development and administration.

Working alongside Impala Financial Partner (and husband) Chris Lahoud, Renee is passionate about creating a seamless client experience and ensuring every client receives responsive, personalised support from enquiry through to settlement and beyond.

Outside of work, Renee enjoys finding time for creative outlets, such as playing chess, gardening, musical production or classic ballet training.
